Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply to the website at invadotech.com.
The website is operated under the Invado Tech business name.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
1. About this website
Invado Tech provides cybersecurity services including penetration testing, phishing simulations, security awareness training and Essential Eight assessments.
The information on this website is provided to explain our business, services and general cybersecurity topics.
These Terms apply to use of the website itself.
They do not replace the separate terms that apply when Invado Tech performs cybersecurity services for a client.
2. Cybersecurity engagements
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote or discussing a possible engagement with us does not by itself create a contract for cybersecurity services.
A service engagement will only begin once the relevant parties have agreed to the required scope and commercial terms.
Depending on the engagement, this may include documents such as:
a quote or proposal
Statement of Work
Rules of Engagement
service agreement or Master Services Agreement
confidentiality agreement
other written terms agreed between the parties
If there is any inconsistency between these Website Terms and the written terms of a client engagement, the client engagement terms take priority for that engagement.
3. No authorisation to perform security testing
Nothing on this website gives any person permission to test, scan, probe, access, interfere with or attempt to exploit Invado Tech's website, systems, infrastructure or accounts.
It also does not give permission to test any system belonging to an Invado Tech client, supplier or other third party.
Cybersecurity testing requires clear authorisation from the system owner or another party with authority to provide that permission.
If you believe you have identified a security issue affecting an Invado Tech system, please contact us at sales@invadotech.com and avoid taking any action that could cause damage, access data that is not yours or disrupt the service.
4. General information only
Content published on this website is general information.
It is not legal, regulatory, insurance or compliance advice and should not be treated as a substitute for advice that takes your organisation's particular circumstances into account.
Cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, technologies, standards and threat techniques change over time.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information useful and accurate, but we do not promise that every page will always be complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose.
5. No security guarantee
Cybersecurity involves uncertainty and no assessment can guarantee that a system is completely secure.
Descriptions of Invado Tech's services on this website should not be interpreted as a promise that testing will identify every possible vulnerability, prevent every future attack or make an organisation immune from compromise.
The objectives, limitations and scope of an actual engagement will be set out in the relevant engagement documents.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website is owned by or licensed to Invado Tech.
This includes website text, graphics, branding, logos, reports made available as examples, layouts and other original material.
You may view the website, link to publicly available pages and print or save reasonable extracts for your own internal or personal use.
You must not, without our permission:
reproduce substantial parts of the website for commercial use
republish our content as your own
sell or license our content
use the Invado Tech name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation where none exists
remove copyright, attribution or ownership notices
use our material in a misleading or unlawful way
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Invado Tech intellectual property to you.

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily mean that Invado Tech endorses, approves or is affiliated with that website or its operator.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices.
10. Website availability
We may modify, suspend or remove parts of the website from time to time.
